BRYJO Roofing & Remodeling in Plano, TX is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to lead multiple roofing and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role coordinates schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, documentation, quality control, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential construction, roofing, and remodeling projects.
• Ability to read blueprints, estimates, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction, roofing, and remodeling projects from setup through close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and production goals.
• Review blueprints, estimates, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and manage takeoffs, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documents.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, testing, and municipal approvals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Lead safety meetings and address hazards promptly.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inspections.
• Ensure Superintendents and subcontractors follow schedules and plans.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide updates via JobTread.
• Assist clients with navigating insurance claims when applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal team.
