Qualifications

• Graduate Education: Microbiology or related subfields with application to microbiological work.
• Evaluation of Education: broad microbiology disciplines and related fields świ.
• Evaluation of Experience: GS-9+ requires specialized experience in microbiology or related areas.
• Alternate requirement: ABMM/ABMLI certification or Fellowship meets experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on livestock diseases and related pathogens.
• Supervising and coordinating research activities with personnel and partners.
• Managing and directing resources for long- and short-term research goals.

Education

Microbiology degree (or biology/chemistry with microbiology coursework)

Graduate education in microbiology or related field

Experience in microbiology-related applied fields
