Datadog is seeking a Research Manager within DAIR to lead a team advancing foundation models and multimodal learning across observability signals. You will stay hands-on while shaping research direction and mentoring researchers and engineers.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate research into scalable Datadog capabilities, publish findings at top conferences, and help open-source key artifacts.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS or related field with strong ML background.
• Experience leading technically ambitious research teams.
• Proven ability to guide strategy and research direction.
• Hands-on experience training large-scale DL models.
