Job summary

University of Maryland, Baltimore seeks a Lead Research Data Analyst to provide expert direction in institutional effectiveness research designs, analysis, reporting, and data management. The role focuses on leading analysis for required institutional reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The incumbent reports to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research within the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Institutional Effectiveness, and works primarily in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Social Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration Health Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• Three (3) years of related experience in a research environment including two (2) years in institutional research, data analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and direction in institutional effectiveness research designs, analysis, reporting, and management of data.
• Lead data collection, validation, and reporting on analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee reporting on institutional research data/initiatives and lead data management and analysis.
