EWOR is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators to join the new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives and translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, driving fast prototype-to-production execution.

Report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. You are based globally or open to relocation/remot e arrangements, with a high-agency builder mindset and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas with ability to relocate or work remotely.
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy.
• Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid prototype-to-production implementation.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to enable rapid department growth and potential spin-off.
