EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. We are backed and led by serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller and Petter Made, who have built high-impact ventures from the ground up.

You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy, translating high-level strategy into concrete roadmaps and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
