Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Richmond, VA, with a 6:30 AM start from Monday to Friday. You will load materials, travel to customers, perform tub/shower replacement and related plumbing updates, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

The role requires hands-on carpentry/remodeling experience or the willingness to learn, plus a valid driver’s license and a smartphone for two-factor authentication. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet customers and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower; install new tub or pan, wall surround, and adjust plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, respecting the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Residential Remodeler

Location: Richmond, VA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements:
