Integrity Construction & Restoration
Lead Remodeling Carpenter
Location: Greeley, CO. This is an on-site field position requiring travel to residential job sites throughout Northern Colorado.
Build Beautiful Spaces. Lead with Integrity.
Integrity Construction & Restoration is a Greeley-based residential remodeling and restoration company serving homeowners throughout Northern Colorado. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling, as well as insurance-related fire and water damage reconstruction. Our company values integrity, accountability, humility, service, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship.
We are seeking an experienced residential remodeler who has developed into an excellent carpenter and capable field leader. This is a hands-on position for someone who can perform high-level carpentry while managing the day-to-day execution of residential remodeling projects.
Meaningful residential remodeling experience is essential. We are not looking for someone whose background is limited to commercial construction, new construction, production carpentry, or office-based project management. Working in existing and frequently occupied homes requires the ability to troubleshoot hidden conditions, adapt plans in the field, protect the homeowner's property, coordinate multiple trades, and solve problems without constant owner involvement.
The right person will lead approximately two to five field employees, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project quality and cleanliness, anticipate upcoming needs, and protect schedules, labor budgets, and project profitability. This position offers a long-term path toward Senior Field Supervisor and Operations or Project Management leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Remain hands-on and productive while directing daily field operations
- Lead residential kitchen, bathroom, basement, and restoration projects
- Perform high-level finish carpentry, trim work, door installation, cabinet installation, crown molding, scribing, and detailed layout
- Troubleshoot existing conditions in older and occupied homes
- Lead, train, and develop approximately two to five field employees
- Delegate work based on employee skill levels and project priorities
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules, sequencing, access, and workmanship
- Establish daily priorities and maintain progress against project milestones
- Think two to five working days ahead regarding materials, tools, fixtures, trades, and staffing
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and address routine questions or concerns
- Maintain floor protection, dust containment, daily cleanup, and organized work areas
- Inspect employee and subcontractor work before it is covered or followed by another trade
- Identify scope changes, delays, material shortages, and potential cost impacts early
- Monitor labor productivity, minimize downtime, prevent rework, and reduce material waste
- Maintain daily logs, progress photos, time records, and project documentation
- Reinforce company safety requirements and correct unsafe jobsite conditions
- Communicate significant decisions, problems, and potential delays to management promptly
Qualifications
- At least five years of residential remodeling experience involving existing homes and multiple phases of construction required.
- Seven to ten or more years of total residential construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter, Remodeling Foreman, Crew Leader, Field Supervisor, or Working Superintendent strongly preferred

- Experience working through multiple phases of residential remodeling
- Strong understanding of remodeling sequencing and trade coordination
- Ability to read plans, layouts, specifications, and measurements accurately
- Competence in framing, backing, doors, trim, cabinetry, and existing-condition repairs
- Experience working respectfully in occupied homes
- Ability to lead employees while remaining personally productive
- Professional communication and homeowner-service skills
- Strong judgment, organization, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, digital photos, and project-management software
