Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Rehab Tech Shift Leader to supervise staff and participate in patient care across our residential facilities. This role offers an opportunity to advance your career within Rehab Without Walls’ network.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior Rehab Tech experience, and a willingness to pass verifications. Night shifts run Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM, with competitive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Rehabilitation Technician required.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Rehab Tech staff to ensure a safe and clean residential environment and exceptional client care.
• Perform Rehab Tech duties including working with clients to carry out established treatment plans, assistance with activities of daily living, and patient transportation when necessary.
• Ensure that residential recommendations, rehabilitation plans, and medication management plans are followed per clinician’s direction.
• Ensure compliance of all applicable standards and regulations.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided.
• Assist with training and development of staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by residential management.
