UKG is seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst to lead regulatory licensing and payments compliance programs globally, starting with U.S. MTL and Canada expansion.
The role partners with Legal, Finance, Product, Audit and Compliance to manage filings, evidence, and governance, while driving ongoing risk controls and scalable processes across jurisdictions. This position requires strong ownership and the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions.

UKG is seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst to support the execution and evolution of our global licensing and payments compliance programs. This role will manage U.S. Money Transmitter License (MTL) activities and support Money Service Business (MSB) expansion into non-U.S. markets, beginning with Canada.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting operational risk and compliance activities, and enabling strategic growth initiatives, including international expansion and M&A integration.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate an evolving regulatory environment while partnering across Legal, Finance, Product, Audit, and Compliance functions.

The pay range for this position is $102,300 to $147,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
