Job summary

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join ahead of our November opening in a luxury spa setting. This leadership position reports to the Medical Director and focuses on delivering IV hydration therapies and approved wellness services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent client communication, with a passion for health, wellness, and education. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Five or more years of clinical experience with extensive IV insertion preferred.
• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding team members.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to follow established protocols and provider orders.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple cloud-based software platforms.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, consulting, relationship-building, or similar client-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Outgoing, professional, and comfortable educating clients about wellness services, memberships, and products.
• Resourceful, dependable, and able to work independently and effectively problem-solve.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, vitamins, supplements, and hydration.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continued learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV hydration therapies and other approved wellness services.
• Oversee clinical operations, staff training, credentialing, documentation, protocol compliance, chart audits, and quarterly skills check-offs.

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team ahead of our November opening. This is a key leadership role for an RN who is passionate about health and wellness and interested in bringing their clinical expertise into a luxury spa environment. Working under the clinical oversight of the Medical Director, the Lead RN will provide IV hydration therapies and other approved wellness services while helping oversee clinical operations, staff training, credentialing, documentation, protocol compliance, chart audits, and quarterly skills check-offs. At Prime IV, the experience goes beyond the IV itself. The goal is for every client to feel like they’ve stepped away from their day for a one-hour vacation. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician and strong leader who is also outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoys educating clients, building relationships, and creating an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time position with availability to work weekends as needed based on scheduling and business needs.
