Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, competent care and to lead the healthcare team in a dynamic, accredited facility with high patient volumes in Las Vegas, NV.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure in Nevada, and current BLS (ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable). One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
