Job summary

Element Dental & Orthodontics - Tomball in Tomball, TX seeks a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a superb chairside manner, and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive patient experience.

The position is full-time, 4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid RDA license as required by the state.
• Prior hands-on lead Registered Dental Assistant experience.
• Experience with iTero, RCT, floor management, clinical team management and coordination, and RDA clinical care.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Ideal Certifications: EFDA, N2O, Radiology, and Coronal Polishing.

Schedule
