Surpass Behavioral Health in Martinez, GA seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to mentor onboarding BTs and RBTs while delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role operates under BCBA supervision across clinical, school, and home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, ECE, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Active RBT Certification from BACB.
• At least 1 year of RBT experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrates integrity and HIPAA compliance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and hands-on training to onboarding BTs/RBTs.
• Facilitate shadowing opportunities during scheduled sessions.
• Assess skill level of new hires and tailor training for RBT exam/placement.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapeutic care in home/school/clinic/community.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Assist with challenging behaviors following BCBA plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and update parents/caregivers on progress.
