Job summary

Club Pilates Del Mar is seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. Immediate openings for morning, evening, and weekend classes with part-time or full-time possibilities. Compensation is class-based and scheduling is flexible.

Ideal candidates hold a comprehensive Pilates certification, with experience teaching Reformer Pilates or group fitness. Strong communication and customer-service skills are required to create a welcoming studio environment for members of all levels.

Qualifications

Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training program.
Minimum 450 hours of Pilates education preferred.
Experience teaching Reformer Pilates or group fitness classes preferred.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic.
Comfortable working with clients of varying fitness levels and physical limitations.
Early morning, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead high-quality group Reformer Pilates classes
Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and appropriate modifications
Create a safe, positive, and encouraging studio environment
Build strong relationships with members and support their fitness goals
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
Follow Club Pilates programming, safety standards, and studio procedures
Assist with introductory classes, studio events, and member engagement as needed
