DRW is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to lead red team engagements, perform pen tests, and drive adversary simulations across trading systems, IT, and cloud platforms. You will shape methodology, tooling, and the offensive security roadmap, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and trading teams to implement strong defenses.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in offensive security, strong scripting ability, and a track record of clear, risk-focused reporting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
• Clear, precise reporting and ability to translate findings to risk.
• Experience with smart contract auditing and blockchain security.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and LLM tooling.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute red team engagements and adversary simulations.
• Conduct pen tests across networks, apps, APIs, and clouds.
• Build tooling and exploits to emulate adversary behavior.
• Lead purple-team exercises with SOC and Security Engineering.
• Run social engineering and phishing simulations.
