Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ticket sales for local events and attractions; guest services provides information on rental cars, taxis, ground transportation, dinner reservations, and other information about the hotel and the area.
• Provides travel information and assistance to persons, prepares itineraries, and issues tickets with procurement accountability.
• Reviews trends in recreation and leisure travel and makes program adjustments; presents activities and services to various functions.
• Performs supervisory duties, including recruitment or reassignment actions, conducts performance appraisals and submits for manager approval.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
