Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore in Morrow, GA is seeking a Lead Receiving Associate to oversee merchandise intake, ticketing, and staging with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires experience in a fast-paced retail setting and flexibility in scheduling.

You will work closely with sales and stock teams to ensure correct check-in, labeling, and placement of items on the floor, while maintaining receiving records in the SRT system. A service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate receiving process productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure merchandise is checked in, ticketed, hung, folded, and properly staged daily.
• Input receiving data into the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System accurately.
• Maintain all receiving paperwork and files.
• Process RTVs, transfers, and damaged merchandise per company procedures.
• Follow receiving procedures to minimize shortages and overages.
