• Professional residential carpentry experience, from framing through finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential carpentry (framing, exterior trim, siding, doors/windows, decking, interior trim, cabinets, finishes).
• Read plans and specs; ask questions when unclear.
• Stage materials and organize deliveries to avoid downtime.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites; follow safety practices.
• Coordinate with PM/Lead Carpenter on sequencing and quality control.
