Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Lead React Native Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications across front-end and back-end layers. You will mentor teams, perform code reviews, and drive engineering best practices in a remote-friendly environment.

You'll collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver enterprise-grade software, lead technical discussions, and ensure quality standards while supporting a healthy work-life balance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Exposure with .NET APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions using OpenTelemetry.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed application environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React Native, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile and backend solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leadership to design and implement enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and quality standards.
