Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC seeks an experienced Front-End Architect/React Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale React.js applications. You will implement scalable architectures, routing, and state management, collaborating with backend engineers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust UI.

Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Hooks, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Router, and modern tooling is required.

Qualifications

• Architecture: Strong experience in leading and architecting large-scale React.js applications.
• React.js Development: Build dynamic, high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern libraries.
• Expertise in React Ecosystem: Hooks, lifecycle, advanced state management, performance patterns.
• API Integration (Axios): Integrate backend services using Axios with interceptors, global error handling, retry logic.
• Route Management: Architect routing with React Router, nested routes, guarded routes, role-based access, lazy loading.
• UI Integration: Collaborate with UI/UX to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces matching design specs.
• Component Development: Develop reusable, modular React components with maintainability in mind.
• Front-end Optimization: Improve performance via memorization, virtualization, code splitting, reduce re-renders.
• Security: Write secure front-end code, client-side validations, safe handling of sensitive data.
• Collaborative Development: Work with backend, designers, QA, and product teams for smooth integration.
• Testing and Debugging: Thorough debugging and strong testing to ensure stability and reliability.
• Unit Testing: Write unit tests with Jest or RTL, high coverage and stability.
• Code Maintenance and Documentation: Clean code, documentation, refactoring, reviews, continuous improvement.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Keep current with React features, tooling, and performance best practices.
• Communication & Training: Mentor teammates and provide technical guidance.
