Job summary

Swish Dental in Austin, TX is hiring a Lead RDA to support dentists, manage back-studio operations, and mentor staff. This role requires hands-on clinical skills, compliance with OSHA and HIPAA, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate from a dental assisting course is required.
• Texas RDAs license is mandatory.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ year experience as a lead RDA or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures.
• Perform dental radiographs and scans.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and rooms.
• Provide exceptional patient care throughout visits.
• Take impressions of patients' teeth.
• Maintain a team-first and patient-first mentality.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas Dental Board standards.
• Review the schedule and keep the back studio running smoothly.
• Manage inventory and place orders when supplies are low.
• Work closely with the studio manager.
