The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Lead Aircraft Ramp Agent for the PM shift at Portland International Airport. Based in Portland, OR, you will coach peers, monitor performance, and ensure safe, timely aircraft services.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, maintaining safety standards, equipment operation, and completing required trainings as part of a drug-free workplace.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must maintain confidentiality and work with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Loads/unloads freight safely, builds and breaks down cargo pallets.
• Ensures safety standards are met and maintained.
• Operates equipment safely and completes trainings.
• Leads by coaching peers to maintain performance standards.
