Qualifications

• 16+ years of track design experience.
• Professional Engineer, P.E. in Maryland; DC and Virginia PE’s are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing transit/passenger/freight rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver quality transit/rail services on-time and within budget.
• Prepare project specifications, plans, reports, and designs.
• Serve as a technical resource leading a team in rail track engineering.
