Job summary

Wolfson Children’s Hospital is seeking a Lead Radiology Technologist for the Diagnostics Imaging Department in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time day position leads room prep, patient positioning, and imaging quality, while collaborating with nurses and physicians to ensure safe, accurate care.

The role requires CRT/ARRT credentials and BLS, with 1–2 years radiology experience preferred and prior hospital setting exposure advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years radiology experience preferred.
• 1-2 years technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead radiology procedures in designated area(s) ensuring quality and safety.
• Assist in staff performance and equipment evaluations and compliance.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed while following policy.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging.

This is a working leadership position.
