RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist in Beaverton, OR to supervise radiologic technologists across multiple modalities and centers, ensuring professional standards and excellent patient service. This leadership role operates scanners to obtain diagnostic images while promoting safety and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates bring five years imaging experience, ARRT certification, CPR, and a track record in mentoring teams, with strong communication and process-improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AMA approved school of radiography; licensed radiologic technologist as applicable.
• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• Five years' imaging experience with ability to lead process improvements.
• Experience leading and mentoring others.
• CPR certification.
• Competence in advanced scanning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Supervise radiologic technologists across modalities and centers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations.
• Maintain RIS patient records and equipment.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support patient satisfaction and team performance.
