Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Senior Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality results and patient safety. You will maintain precise documentation and act as a lead when leadership is unavailable while collaborating with healthcare teams.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT-Radiography certification, BLS, and state licensure as applicable. Prior imaging experience is valued to support efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with required clinical hours.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience or graduate of Bachelor's degree program.
• Certification/Registration: ARRT-Radiography; Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high imaging standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings.
• Serve as a lead and resource when leadership is unavailable.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
