RPMGlobal is seeking a Quarry Foreperson for 2nd shift in Kentucky to operate quarry equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support production targets. You will fill in for the Quarry Superintendent when needed and help maintain safety and reporting workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in quarry/aggregate environments, a strong safety mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a team-driven culture. Valid driver's license preferred and HS diploma or GED required.

Qualificações

• Three to five years' experience in a quarry or aggregate environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

• Focus on Safety,Quality, and Accuracy.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a variety of quarry equipment as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist on projects as needed.
• Complete daily reports.
• Fill in for Quarry Superintendent.
• Assist MSHA and DEP inspectors with facility inspections.
• Help with production reporting.
• Give direction to other coworkers when the Quarry Superintendent is not available.
• Help solve problems and troubleshoot when plant break downs occur.
• Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.
