Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Supervisor, Quality to lead the daily QA operations, supervise quality personnel, and drive compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 and customer requirements.

You will implement quality plans, coordinate inspections, analyze quality data, and mentor teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in quality/engineering, Six Sigma, and experience with government contracting (FAR/DFARS/DCMA).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in quality within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or defense.
• Three or more years of experience leading or supervising quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracting activities, including FAR, DFARS, and DCMA requirements.
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems, procedures, and work instructions supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement quality plans and coordinate quality activities.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, laws, and environmental rules.
• Maintain AS9100 / ISO9001 certification and QA processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
