The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
