Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Lead Quality Inspector to ensure manufactured products meet specifications and quality standards. The role involves inspecting a wide range of customized parts with very tight tolerances and documenting results in the 1Factory system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 4 years of inspection experience in precision machining, with strong blueprint interpretation and meticulous data recording abilities.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years experience as inspector in a precision machining environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of blueprint and spec interpretation.
  • Experienced using inspection hand gauging including micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, vernier calipers, height gauges, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges.
  • Computer experience documenting and plotting inspection data.
  • Capable of coordinating the inspection planning of a job.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

Salary Pay Range: $22.79 - $30.77 USD Hourly
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
