Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Emerging Technologies - Solid Dosage Forms US facility in Durham, NC is a 194,000 square foot tableting and packaging facility that supports the production of oral treatments for patients with type 2 diabetes. This role performs and reviews analysis of in-process, release and stability samples of API and/or filled product in accordance with cGMP and company procedures.

You will lead other analysts, transfer technology, ensure lab data integrity, and help drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years' experience with an Associate's degree may be considered.
• Five years of pharmaceutical lab experience.
• Ability to author scientific and technical reports.
• Advanced GMP knowledge and laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and scientific soundness of lab data.
• Support GMP laboratory compliance and testing proficiency.
• Maintain validation and SOP standards in the lab.
• Perform analysis of samples and data trending.
• Coach other analysts and drive process improvements.
