Job summary

Relevance Lab in Coppell, TX, is seeking a Sr Software Quality Assurance Analyst to lead the test automation effort across loan servicing applications, starting with mission-critical systems. You will design and implement an automation strategy, align with SDLC, and collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams to deliver reliable software.

The role requires hands-on experience with Selenium-based and other automation frameworks, programming in Python/Java/JavaScript, CI/CD

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years leading manual and automation test programs for large enterprise apps.
• 4+ years hands-on automation design, development and execution.
• Experience creating test strategies for manual and automated testing.
• Mortgage Servicing or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test Automation effort for all loan servicing applications, starting with mission-critical systems.
• Develop and execute an automation strategy aligned with SDLC and testing goals.
• Define critical success metrics and report automation ROI.
• Create automation designs for regression, smoke, and other suites with reusable processes.
• Strategize test data creation and CI/CD integration for stable automation environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver automation improvements.
• Work with product teams to adopt in-sprint automation across the SDLC.
• Quickly master company automation tools and apply best practices.
• Estimate automation effort, timelines, and resources for timely delivery.
