Job summary

Precision Spine seeks a Lead Distribution QC Technician to supervise receiving inspection of returned devices and the final inspection of kits and parts before shipment. You will lead the Quality Department’s daily activities, support MRB facilitation, and assist with customer complaint investigations.

Maintain calibrated gages, train new staff, and ensure compliance with drawings and inspection standards in a hands-on role requiring meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years experience in quality inspection
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Mechanical inspection skill sets in use of measurement instrumentation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering design blueprints

Responsibilities

• Receive and perform visual and dimensional verification on implants and instruments returned to PSI after in-field use.
• Provide final inspection on all completed kits and loose parts prior to order fulfillment.
• Receipt and inspection of complaint product, RMA’s, and newly bagged/labeled devices.
• Maintain gages in active calibration status and request new ones when needed.
• Facilitate MRB meetings and advise on product dispositions.
• Complete MRB/NCMR product investigations upon request.
• Training new hires to QC Distribution.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary
