Job summary

WuXi Biologics is seeking an Associate Scientist for Quality Control - Environmental Monitoring in Cranbury, NJ. This role ensures timely sampling of EM, water, and gas systems, and delivers accurate QC data to internal teams and clients.

Strong communication and GMP documentation skills are essential. The position requires laboratory experience in QC/biologics settings, familiarity with analytical tools, and the ability to work weekend or shift as needed.

Qualifications

• Must understand cGMP, ICH, FDA regulations and GMP documentation.
• Experience with QC operations in pharmaceutical/biologics environments preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation and data integrity practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP sampling and testing procedures.
• Perform EM sampling in cleanrooms and other sites as needed.
• Input data and generate EM data trend charts and reports.
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, and final investigations as required.
• Assist inRoot cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
