Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Lead Scientist in Quality Control Chemistry with broad expertise in routine and complex chemical analyses. The role involves assisting the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure CGMP compliance and proper operation of the laboratory.

The incumbent oversees and develops training for less experienced analysts. The position requires advanced training in specialized analytical methods and leadership to guide investigations and documentation.

Mansioni

• Articulate work issues clearly to management and peers.
• Perform high-level testing using instrumental methods with emphasis on chromatography.
• Coordinate projects with FK sites and departments to ensure compliance.
• Author and direct investigations for OOS/OOT and deviations.
• Demonstrate expertise with KabiTrack and recording investigations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP/GLP practices and proper documentation.
• Lead training and mentorship of analysts in new techniques.
