Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a subject matter expert to support method transfer, verification, and routine microbiology testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples. You will own project documentation, deviations, CAPA, and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires 6+ years of microbiological QC experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor others while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in relevant microbiological testing or QC in regulated environments.
• Experience with microbiological techniques and GMP documentation.
• Strong technical writing and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support method transfer, verification/validation, and routine testing of microbiology samples.
• Review testing data and COA, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
• Own CAPA, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor others on QC methods and cross-trained on multiple products.
