Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Lab Operations Lead to support bioassay testing and equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes team development, meeting turnaround times, and coordinating with leadership and clients to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with qualification, maintenance, and data verification is preferred; overtime and weekend coverage may be requested by business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or related field with 4+ years lab experience.
Ability to learn, troubleshoot instruments, and manage multiple tasks.
Proven leadership with focus on team development and collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

Lab Operations: perform bioassays, cell passages, media prep, calibrations, and sanitization.
Documentation & Compliance: verify data, review protocols, and support deviations.
Technical Support: troubleshoot instruments and coordinate with vendors and clients.
Team Leadership: coach staff, monitor workflow, conduct reviews, and train backups.
Collaboration & Strategy: work with leadership to drive operational improvements.
