Job summary

Fujifilm Biotechnologies in North Carolina is seeking a Lead QC Associate II to support a broad range of analytical disciplines in the QC laboratory. You will work with minimal supervision, lead CAPA and deviations, and drive method transfers and validations to ensure right-first-time results.

The role emphasizes lean lab and six sigma principles, excellent data interpretation, and collaboration across teams to meet production schedules and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical field with at least 2 years of direct experience.
• Strong experience with HPLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad range of laboratory tasks within the QC lab.
• Own CAPA, audit actions, deviations, lab investigations, and method revisions within the quality system.
