Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on QA Supervisor to oversee daily plant quality and food safety standards in Greeneville, TN. You will supervise QA technicians, review processing for conformance to specs, and maintain QA manuals to support GMP compliance.

You will investigate food safety issues with the QA Manager, drive department safety protocols, and coach the team while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience in QA within food manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.

Mansioni

Lead and train QA technicians.
Review processing to ensure conformance to specifications.
Maintain and update QA manuals and calendars.
Drive safety protocols within the department.
Investigate and communicate food safety issues with QA Manager.
Oversee daily QA activities and scheduling of technicians.
