Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Richmond, VA is seeking a QA Auditor III - Client Audit Host to lead client and regulatory inspections, contribute to the Quality Management System, and act as a quality consultant in GxP areas. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of QA/Lab experience, with a fully onsite work arrangement at our BIOA Laboratory in Richmond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of QA/Lab experience or equivalent in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for audits and inspections across multiple areas of quality management.
• Represent the department in client and regulatory inspections, lead corrective actions lifecycle and effectiveness tracking.
• Provide training for department and laboratory staff.
• May lead risk assessments.
• Manage setup and filing of documents.
• Mentor junior team members in area(s) of expertise.
