Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management teams.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals.
