Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred
• One year psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a registered nurse. Certification in CPR, AED and First Aid
• Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting, behavior and crisis management

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of nursing care on a designated unit and coordinate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan of care.
