• Supervises and develops clinic personnel for excellence in care and service.
• Works with leadership to implement policy and budget plans.
• Develops and maintains referral sources and strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and professional standards.
• Contributes to strategic direction for the clinic network.
