We are seekinga Lead Proposal Analyst inour Broomfield, CO, or Albuquerque, NM, or Brooklyn Park, MN, location. As a Lead Proposal Analyst on the Analytics and Cost Estimating team within the Compute Platforms Group,you will own the design, delivery, and evolution of the proposal costing process for government and commercial business.

This role serves as a trusted partnerforbusiness development, offering management, program management, engineering, finance, contracts, and leadership to ensure proposals are financially sound, compliant, and competitive.
The ideal candidate combines deep proposal costingexpertisewith strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling and executable cost strategies. This position plays a critical role in helping the company win new business while protecting profitability and managing risk.
$113,000 - $170,000 a year
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target
The pay range for this role is $113,000– $170,000annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
