You will recruit and train front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams, enforce standards, and support marketing efforts. The role requires strong guest service, scheduling, and compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a property manager.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise all property personnel to maximize profits.
• Motivate team in sales and customer service for high occupancy.
• Recruit, hire, and train front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Enforce company standards and assist in marketing efforts.
• Verify room availability, monitor closing reports and productivity.
• Ensure rooms are clean and ready for rent.
• Schedule maintenance on property and units.
• Ensure rent and past dues are collected; handle late fees.
• Supervise on-site staff, schedule, discipline, and training.
• Verify guest satisfaction and timely work order handling.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
