Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical/plumbing or related fields required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team members with a focus on safety and customer service.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs for timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee make-ready operations and ensure vacant homes are ready for occupancy.
• Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and building systems.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
