Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six, fostering collaboration, accountability and member service.
• Oversee underwriting for Property, Liability and Workers’ Compensation programs, including strategy, exposure eval, renewals and risk transfer.
• Direct brokers, reinsurers and consultants, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness and contractual compliance.
• Represent the P&C programs with executive leadership and boards through clear presentations and proactive communication.
