Location: Chicago, IL
Department: Property Inspector (Residential & Commercial)
Compensation: $75K - $110K annually with room for growth / bonuses

• Quality Control: Oversee inspections and provide feedback to ensure consistency and excellence across all operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Help develop training programs and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in property inspections
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments (roofs, confined spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
