Job summary

Davis Development in McKinney, TX, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to own the assets and financial performance of our communities. Lead an on-site team, ensure exceptional service, and drive occupancy through strategic leasing and strong leadership.

You will coordinate with leasing, monitor budgets, read financial reports, and maintain property operations, with a focus on owner-operator style decisions and a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred.
• Property lease up experience preferred.
• Must have strong leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching, training, communication, and leadership.
• Collaborates with the leasing team to utilize social media and develop marketing plans and sales strategies.
• Leads daily/weekly team meetings to exceed expectations in a competitive market.
• Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition.
• Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service.
• Ensures all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe.
